Governance
Eurofins Scientific, headquartered in Luxembourg and with its shares listed in France on the regulated market of Euronext, is a leading company in the laboratory services sector for the pharmaceutical, food, environmental industries, among others, as well as for governments. Eurofins' governance is subject to a strict regulatory framework, being overseen by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) in accordance with the law of January 11, 2008, on transparency requirements for securities issuers, as amended (the "Transparency Law"), and is also supervised by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) under Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014.
The corporate governance practices of Eurofins are framed by Luxembourg laws and its statutes. Eurofins aligns itself with the general principles of corporate governance set out in the Ten Principles of Corporate Governance of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and has adopted a Corporate Governance Charter reflecting these commitments and practices, regularly updated to ensure it remains in line with the regulatory framework and best practices.
Furthermore, Eurofins commits to operating in a responsible and ethical manner, as evidenced by its group ethics code, which includes various specific policies to guide its operations.
